AIESEC Alumni Macedonia is registered, non-political, independent and non-for-profit organization whose primary purpose is gathering of all previous members of AIESEC Macedonia (the national alumni community) and offering them platform for further joined cooperation and collaboration towards the vision of AIESEC.
Through our members, we will continue to promote international communication and collaboration between the alumni networks and other entities, within the values and towards the vision of AIESEC. Our main purpose is to create a platform where the alumni can place their ideas and aspirations, and build cooperation hubs towards them. We strongly enforce proactivity and self-initiative to our members, offering them a stage upon which they can cooperate and communicate with vast number of alumni networks, local or global, and connect with other organizations and entities, with the National Association serving as a catalyst towards their advancement. The professional and personal growth of our members is the first aim towards contributing towards building a better society and better tomorrow for the generations that are yet to come.
Within our direct work and involvement, the National Association is directly or indirectly providing support to AIESEC in their operations and activities, using the collective experience of our network to offer learning and mentoring programmes, financial support, and networking hubs where the AIESEC members can be introduced with our network and other relevant stakeholders, for which they can find collaboration points of common interest with each of them, respectively.
Our National Alumni Association consists of two operating bodies, the Executive Board (President and two Vice-Presidents) and Supervisory Board (3 members, from which the President of AIESEC Macedonia of the given term is mandatory member). The highest decision-making body is the National Assembly of AIESEC Alumni Macedonia, which consists of all full-voting members of the National Association, regulated by the existing compendium. Other bodies or roles can be formed upon the discretion of the Executive Board, based on the yearly programs and current activities.
